Refund policy

Return policy:

  • All items will need to be tagged, unworn, and in original, unopened packing.
  • You will need to bear the cost of courier charges for sending it back and Alaya Junior will refund the cost of the items to your bank account.
  • All return requests need to be made upon receipt of the parcel and the return item must be received by Alaya Junior within 7 days of being received by the customer.
  • A refund will be done once returned items are received. 
  • No exchange or return on Avent/Tigex brand items for hygiene purposes.
  • No exchange or return on sale items.
  • No exchange or return on books.
  • No exchange or return on milestone cards.

Exchange policy:

  • All items need to be unworn, in original, unopened packing with tags attached.
  • Please send the item to be exchanged, back to us within 7 days from the date of when the parcel is delivered.
  • Courier charges for the return and exchange will be paid by the customer. Rs 250 will be charged for sending the exchanged item.
  • Exchanged item will be couriered as soon as the original item is received.
